This private island of 6 hectares, located at the mouth of the Trieux, offers a breathtaking view of the Bréhat archipelago, the Roche aux Oiseaux (Bird Rock) and the Trieux, thus creating a panorama of unparalleled beauty at 360 degrees, in all seasons.
Historic haven of peace
The house, dating from 1748 and completely renovated in 2023, welcomes you in elegant and warm comfort, which can accommodate up to ten people. Access to the island is easily done in less than 10 minutes by boat that does not require a permit from Roch'Hir beach, for an adventure-filled experience.

For any reservation, a minimum stay of 2 days is required, increased to 3 days during bank holiday weekends.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is requested when booking, followed by full payment 1 month before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made less than 1 month before the stay, payment of the full amount is required when booking.
Accommodation rules : To ensure a healthy environment, our accommodation is non-smoking and do not accept pets. In addition, in order to preserve the tranquility of the island, bachelor/bachelorette parties are not authorized. Finally, the main tenant must be over 30 years old to guarantee the responsibility and tranquility of the stay.

There are several ways to reach Koeur Island
By car: Easily accessible, you can arrive at Roc’h Hir beach, located in the commune of Loguivy de la Mer, near Paimpol, from where our captain will pick you up and take you to our private island.
By train: If you prefer to travel by train, don’t worry! Guingamp (45 minutes), St Brieuc (50 minutes) and Paimpol (10 minutes) stations are less than 4 hours from Paris. Many direct trains leave the capital for these destinations.
By plane: For a quicker arrival, Brest airport is only 1h30 away from Paris. You can then continue your journey to Koeur Island by car or train.
